I'v recently downloaded the new version of XComUtil I'v read the insturctions
and Im having trouble getin the flags to work proporly I'v saved my game and
it seems to me im doing exactly what instructions tell you and when i try to
run XCOMUTIL.EXE all I get in return is a display of the flag commands

What am I doing wrong or could this possibly be do to an incompatable game version

XComutil should work with all versions of UFO for the PC.

How are you executing the program? If I remember correctly, the help screen is listed when you just type in XComutil without any parameters.

For example, I want to add 3 sectoids to the map in savegame slot 10 and make the map visible, I'd write:

xcomutil game_10 sec:3 vis wrt

If all you want to do is run the game with the xcomutil enhancements, just run 'runxcom.bat', which comes with xcomutil.

NFK which [exe]/[bat] do you use to do this Iv tryid to run the vis flag under
xcomutil.exe along with other flags for example I was at a combat mission and
tryid to run vis on the 3rd save my peremiter line looked like this
" XCOMUTIL GAME_3 VIS WRT "

I cannot use RUNXCOM.BAT because
GEOSCAPE.EXE and TACTICAL.EXE have been merged into a single file on the windows
versions which is what I have X-Com CE the enhancements you said to use with this
batch file I would use XcuSetup.bat in which seems to work I just cant work
the flag commands

You have to use RUNXCOMW.BAT in the Collectors Edition version.
