There's a little vote going on at the Multiplayer Online Games Directory for the best game in this category... LSN is up at 3rd place but needs a little bit of a lift up to the top.

Head on over to the LSN Forums to read all about it and get the link to the poll wink.gif

Remember, we've still got the X-COM Tactical Command branded version of the latest release of LSN on our downloads page for you to try out, and if you like the game you can signup for six months HERE for $25.

One question... How? I've just played a demo of this game from a computer buyer cd and I can't stand it! I don't understand it at all... What's with all the lines, what's the point of the HQ thing and how do I do anything at all! Sorry but until I figure out how to play the damn thing my vote stays mine...

Aye. Follow the tutorial you get with the game and it'll explain it all to you nicely tongue.gif wink.gif

And if your demo isn't the full game, just click on the link I posted in the original pmessage and download the full 10.8MB version when you get a chance. I dodn't know there was a demo tho...

dodn't you Pete? grin.gif
Yeah it was on the Computer Buyer coverdisk. I was quite impressed actually... On a completely unrelated note does anyone know how to get the xenocide download thingy working?
And on a re-related note just to prevent this from being spam... I'll now go and download the full version.

As Pete said to me earlier today, his grasp of English is excellent, but his grasp of his keyboard is somewhat random....this after he called me abbe instead of babe. grin.gif

Anyway, I would like to try LSN when I have time. I'm tempted to vote for it based on the opinions of some people whose opinions I trust, but I don't know that I should do that. thinking.gif

I know what you're all thinking...the ideal solution is to find the time to play the game.

I dunno, you're all picking on me sad.gif wink.gif

The xenocide thingy is only to show you what it WOULD look like from what I can tell. It only pops up in full-screen and displays an image of what the display would look like, and nothing more. The mouse doesn't seem to work on my Win98SE, but why would you need the mouse to work when all you can do is move a small green dot about on an image?

Anywho, back to the topic and away from my random keyboard jabbing, LSN will get bigger and better wtill. Worth keeping an eye on wink.gif
