Due to some subtle hinting by certain forum regulars, I've fixed all the broken links in teh themes sections, as well as the link to the Desktop Architect program that makes the theme packages run.

Anyone who wants to turn their computer into a full-on X-COM fan machine should head over to the themes section now!
