i know everyone has encountered the super-speed problem in x-com 1 and 2; but I am not aware if the problem is solveable.

Any ideas? (no, moslo sucks)

i found the game would run fast if hardware acceleration was off, but thats was on my machine, dunoo bout yours

if you are runing win 9x or ME you can use at-slow. it gives a smooth slowdown but is not ez to get configured. It may work in conjuction with moslow for increased slowness.

at-slow does a hardware hook to literaly cause the cpu clock to slow down. so you get mutch smoother slowdown. XP does not alow for hardware access from any program. Same with 2k. so no help their.

to get At-slow visit the xcomutil home page. their is a link their to where you can get it.
