Please be more specific. Firaxis owns the rights to X-Com now, I don't know if that includes the rights to the current games, and thus the responsibility of support.

However, I've been to the infogrames support site, and it's pants, but for basic problems, it's not bad. Too bad most of us could figure out the basics... In this case, I would vote for 2. If you have an "easy to solve" problem, the infogrames site is ok (Apoc is the only game I've checked for), but UFO and TFTD are unsupported. If you've got tough questions, best to ask the geniuses at any of the X-Com forum locations... this one, and a few of the others are good too. Can't bring them to mind, but do a search on the web, easy to find.
