He is refering to the programs created by DaiShiva

yes it runs on 98 and newer

problem of subj extracting is solved.
you can find ufosee2 (10k) here, it is only viewer, not editor, but source file is accessible.. [EDIT: Link removed. ] [EDIT: Linking to Warez sites are against forum rules.
