Was it ever released? If it was released, I'm sure some of people could mod it completely to make a more "reasonable" X-Com game.

If not, is there any chance of it being released at request?

Yeah, I suppose.

Most FPS (although enforcer isnt one) developers release their source code so modders can come along. Enforcer is denied that.

I think Atari only wants two things: 1, Good public image. 2, money (and lots of it).
X-COM Enforcer can't do this. It only has an editor.

Why would you want Enforcer source code anyway? It's nothing but slightly-tweaked Unreal (ORIGINAL Unreal) code. Unreal was an all right engine, but there are better ones out there now.
