X-Com is currently a held license, and it is not legal to distribute these games freely.

Any one who tries to post links to where the games may be downloaded, will have those links removed and, if need be, the threads locked.

It is not legal for the forum to display these links, and if we WERE to keep them up, then we would risk closure by whichever company it is who currently owns the rights...

You may see the game advertised by some rare sites as abandonware. Abandonware is illegal, however.

IMPORTANT:

As of September 4th 2008, Take 2 Interactive, the current owner of the X-COM IP, made all the X-COM games available through Steam.

You can get X-COM: Apocalypse for 4.99$ alone, or get all the games for 14.99$.
