xcom2 terror from the deep PSX controlls help ?!

hi i have xcom 2 now on my psp via psx emulation...because xcom 1 is not running well...

but how can i "move" the globe in geo globe screen.... ? in xcom 1 psx...u can press SELECT ...then u can move the globe and zoom with the buttons etc...

but in xcom 2 this is missing...u can only switch betwenn this cursor mode und than highligthing the buttons...BUT there is the thing:

if i go into options...then again back...i can move the globe...but no zoom...but it only works if i go to options and back...i tried everything googled maybe 2 hours...

ps: i know there is this other mode where u can controll like with a mouse, but i like this hotspot mode and just want to know how i can move the globe without handling with those images on the right panel. sry for my bad language
