Invasions

I have about 10 ufo's flying around in and around Saudi Arabia and just don't have enough forces to handle an invasion of this scale. The worst part is that my 2 avengers and firestorm are being repaired and I was cutting back on interceptors to free hangars for new craft. I'd like to know how to handle these types of situations, if there's a reason for this sudden increase of activity in one area and what to do to prevent it from happening again.

Is there any way of speeding up the repairs on my ufo's? or getting them back into the air when they're still damaged?

VMware

I've been trying to get MS-Dos 6.22 running in VMware. Got my cd-rom and mouse working. But when I try to install my sound drivers this happens:


I already tried memmaker. Isn't there a way of increasing your "convential" memory with VMware?

Running UFO without sound also crashes my virtual pc. Might also be memory related.

UFO copyright

I bought a box a couple of years ago labeled "Telstar Double Value Games" Including UFO Enemy Unknown and Syndicate. Does Mythos Games still own the copyright of UFO? If they do how can another company not part of Mythos bring out a box like this?

What does Ltd. mean anyway?

Video card does not respond

I tried to get apocalypse running under xp. Used the crack and vmdsound but when I start the game I get an error "The SVGA card does not respond/is not there. An error has caused the game to be forced to a halt."
Ideas ne1?
