TFTD USO Routes Fix

Description

Swaps the two smallest USOs and fixes the routes of the Survey Ship so there are no orphaned nodes which may prevent an alien from leaving the craft. Simply extract into your TFTD game folder and when asked to overwrite anything answer "yes to all".
