This makes most items in the game larger, adding to the realism, and
difficulty of the game.

Would your soldiers really carry 3 rifles around in their backpacks?
Well, now they can only carry rifles in their hands. All rifles are
too big for packs, SMGs and pistols take up more room, and grenades
are bigger, too, making it harder to carry a hundred of them.
Medical and engineering items are unchanged, except for explosives,
which are larger, too.

A cool addition, especially for those who don't want to rampage through
the game. This can be good to balance the extra power given to grenades
with the Grenade Range Mod, as it forces you to carry fewer of them.
