Quicker training

Description

THIS MODIFICATION HAS ONLY BEEN TESTED WITH THE RETAIL VERSION OF UFO: AFTERSHOCK. IT MIGHT NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH LATER VERSIONS.

This mod makes UFO: Aftershock easier by speeding up the training. It now takes only one hour to train the soldiers. This will not affect training that was already started however.
