A Small Mod (UFO: Afterlight)

Description

Here is a small mod i made for myself, if you want it take it!

-Decreased the research, building, manufacturing time, trainning time.
-New game start with 4 Projectile riffle and 99 clip, few add-on.

Need to start the game in easy mode.
