A Simple Experience Modification (UFO: AL)

Description

1. changed the threshold values for the next level to give rounded total xp figures.
2. after level 23 the threshold is 30000 xp to gain another level.
(that means a levelup after around 12-15 high exp missions without some extreme heroic assault mods)
3. threshold to gain the last level is 50000 xp.
4. the last level is 70 with a total xp amount of 1500000 (what a coincidence eh )
