All values are for version 1.4 of the unmodded game only.

Some weapons cannot be reloaded during a mission - for these weapons, reload time is given as N/A.

Damage quantity is modified by a soldier's Aliens skill and the target's armour.

The rounds used column shows how many rounds are used each time a weapon is used.

All laser and plasma weapons use alien or hybrid power cells. Improved alien and hybrid power cells are identical except ammo capacity is doubled.

The Old Greys can only use weapons and equipment designed by the Reticulans.

Some heavy weapons can only be used in conjunction with the heavy armour, however Reticulans and Old Greys can use the collapsible plasma cannon.
